I really love banana bread. That is, when it's soft and moist and really sticky on top :)
We had loads of mushy bananas and my dad had a recipe he wanted to try, so we made some together.
It was quick, simple and successful. There are so many more ways I want to try having banana bread. I've had it with peanut butter and plain. But loads of people recommend it toasted, with jam, with fruit, with chocolate, with yoghurt....
This recipe is even worth purposely leaving some bananas to get mushy just so you can make banana bread!
