I just thought of this the night before (I have a habit of thinking of dishes at night...) and made it for lunch. I don't know if it's a new thing, but I was happy with my invention. I used fresh honey which we bought in France. We were atop a mountain and there was a man with a little hut selling wine, jam and honey! My parents couldn't possibly finish any more wine, nor could we carry any home, but the honey was a delicious purchase.
Recipe? Good honey + mild cheese (I used gouda) + bread
Try it with country bread, baguette, panini or toasted!
